You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Please select your print size carefully and ensure your shipping address is correct. Once you place your order, it will go off directly to the printing lab and cannot be reversed, so we cannot cancel it for you. Due to the custom nature of each order we cannot accept returns and all sales are final because all products offered in this shop are made custom to the supplied requirements in your order. This means once you make a purchase, it can no longer be cancelled.

We believe that our products are of the highest quality. If somehow an error occurs in your order, or you discover a defect, should be reported immediately upon discovery. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial, or any other losses.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Our store is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Unclaimed Packages. Sometimes things happen and orders are returned to us. It is the buyers responsibility to collect their package if it is taken to a post office. If the package is not collected and sent back to our production facility it may not be able to be resent or the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Disclaimer. The color on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual printed result. Images are only mock-ups to showcase the art in various frame and décor situations.
The dimensions of stretched canvases in inches may vary slightly, as the goods are manufactured in Europe and all our equipment operates according to centimeter standards.

Events Beyond Our Control. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control.
