We are confident that you will love your new print!

However, due to the nature of the products we offer, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns based solely on a change of mind. We don't refund orders, because all items are made individually for you to minimize overstock and ensure quality.

But we guarantee that you receive all items you ordered in the same condition as described on the item page.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We will resend the item to your shipping address if:

1 - Your order was damaged during the delivery and you're able to show us photos of all damaged items.

2 - Your order was lost in mail, and tracking info confirms this.

3 - You received the wrong item and you're able to show us photos of the wrong items you received.

4 - You received a defective item and you're able to show us photos of the defective items.

We will look at the problem carefully and individually. And we will do our best to help you in any matter.
